Ellie is such a kind and caring member of Larch and is very deserving of this award. She is always one of the first children ready and always gets on with her work to the best of her ability. Her willingness and confidence to participate within class discussions and share her ideas has improved greatly. She has been a pleasure to teach because of her readiness to learn and enthusiastic manner. Keep it up Ellie!
Rihannah has shone as bright as a star this week. She is always on task and puts 100% effort into everything she does and displays a strong “can do” attitude. Rihannah is a pleasure to be around for the entire class and is a very valued, respected member of Larch. I have no doubt that if she continues this way she will be very successful throughout secondary school.
Travis Moore Travis is such a pleasant and friendly boy who is a pleasure to teach. He will always be the first to offer help with any jobs around the classroom. Whenever a task has been set, Travis will always have his head down and gets on with it straight away. He is a very valued member of Larch class and treats everybody with respect which is always returned. Well done Travis!
Maisee-Lou has worked extremely hard this week in maths. After the lesson she has taken time to sit down with the teacher to discuss how she can improve, and pick out where she might have gone wrong. She has shown such resilience this week and maintained a positive attitude throughout. I have no doubt that if she continues in this way she will be very successful in her learning.
Emily has been a pleasure to teach this week, in particular throughout our English topic. She is very strong-minded and is always willing to share her ideas and opinions to the rest of the class. She doesn’t just accept a statement she hears, and will always approach this with critical thinking. Her participation and engagement in lessons is always at a high. Keep up the good work!
Tilly thoroughly deserves this writing award. She is making great progress with her technical accuracy and has shown that she is able to use carefully selected vocabulary to add exciting flare to her writing.
